What Causes Severe Headache On Infusion Of Methamphetamine?

My girlfriend IVed a 30mg dosage of methamphetamine after a month s hiatus from using the drug and immediately started complaining of a severe pounding headache. She is conscious and talking, but the pain hasn t gone away since she dosed it approximately 30 minutes ago. She says it feels like extremely high blood pressure, but is nothing she s ever had happen before. She took 800mg of ibuprofen in hopes it will help, is there anything else we can do or is a trip to the emergency room in order?
