What Causes Severe Headache On Top Of Head?

I have a very strange headache issue. it feels as tho the top of my head has been filled with air. it affects my balance. this is not all the time tho it has been for the last 8 days. my head ct scan was clear. I passed all neurological function and Alzheimer s tests. any suggestions?
