What Causes Severe Headache Post Predisone Withdrawal?

I just stopped taking Predisone after 4 months and tapering down according to doctors orders..i waa taking it because i had pneumonitis from radiation treatments...does the body react adversly after stopping? I have been getting headaches and i am very tired...i did not have many side effects while i was on it..just basically the sweeling and occasional heartburn
