What Causes Severe Headache, Sensitivity To Light And Sound And Stiff Hands?

I have been experiencing a number of symptoms that have gotten a lot worse over night. I have the biggest headache and cant stand lights or sound, my neck feels so tight and extremely sore almost like I should be in a brace, also I have vomited at least 12 times since yesterday. I went to the doc and he said I just had a headache. Im worried its something more please help me.
