What Causes Severe Headache Towards The End Of Working Day?

i am software engineer. When i come from the office after woking 8 hours in the office. I feel headache and I was unable to sleep and i also unable to do any work at this state of mind.
I don't know what's happened to me and how to solve it.Please give some guidelines.
