What Causes Severe Headache , Vomiting Sensation And Stroke?

Yesterday I had an 11 year old client who Suddenly complained of a major headache, wanted to vomit and her right side actually pulled up like an Old woman having a stroke. Her hand pulled up and balled up and her leg pulled up and twisted inward. Lasted for 20 minutes or so. She was not in my care at that time or I would have taken her to ER. What do you think?
