What Causes Severe Headache Whenever I Bend And Cough?

I have a headache, which is much worse each time I bend over or cough. The pressure is at the top and back of my head and really throbs when I bend down or cough. I am going to visit my three month old grandson today and am concerned I may have something infectious.
