What Causes Severe Headache With Blurred Vision?

I had a migraine-like headache on Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday and Friday, I experienced some blurred vision in my left eye, along with the headache. I saw my chiropractor today, and the pain is mostly gone, but the vision issue is continuing, although lessened. I recently stopped taking Meloxicam (7.5 mg daily). Could there be a connection?
