What Causes Severe Headache With Irregular Heartbeats?

Please type your query here...i have started getting these sudden severe headaches whicj sometimes go away after a few minutes then sometimes when i do get them they stay for hours nothing helps. also i have light headed spells and get very pale, my eyes are getting harder to focus at times and sometimes see spots...heart has this irregular beating and i feel like sometimes i cant breath. and having ringing in the ears. please help me im only 32 and feel awful
