What Causes Severe Headache?

for the past month i have had severe headaches close to my eyes, so it hurts to move my eyes a lot of the time, and they last all day, everyday. and for the past 6 or 7 years ive had pain in my arms and legs which when i was younger assumed were growing pains but im not so sure any more. they tend to be sudden and for instance in my leg i have to limp for a minute until the pain goes away.
i do have sinus problems and they're playing up as well and i have a fever and lower back pain. im only 19. i feel fatigued and not my age at the moment.
