What Causes Severe Headache,dryness In Mouth And Chest Pain?

the pass two days my head hurt more then a normal head ache ,I have a bad dry taste in my mouth and I have pains in my chest and upper back and neck area.should I be concerned or will it pass.i took some tension head ache meds but it came back in a hour after taking the meds
