What Causes Severe Headache,pressure In Eyes And Nausea?

hi, i have a headache since 3am and i cant sleep and i really cant eat, i took about three pills and nothing is working, my eyes hurt , i feel like throwing up my mind is pounding, when i try to get up my head is spinning and pounding in my ears...what do you think i have?
