What Causes Severe Headaches And Abdominal Pain?

Hi doctor. There is a lot going on with me at the moment. I m being tested for celiac disease, thyroid and also glucose tolerance. Some day I feel so tired I can t get out of bed. Also some days my headaches are so bad that I m bed bound too. I had an abortion Aughust last year. I ve noticed a lump on the left of my tummy down low. I get sharp pains to my tummy and also to my back where the lump is right in front too. Could you please help in any way? Kind regards Nikita
