What Causes Severe Headaches And Blurred Vision?

im a 14 year old girl, and i experience realy painful headaches which occur often, i usually get it on the right side of my head and behind my eye,it can feel like a burning pain,i also get sharp tight pains on the left side of my chest but recently ive been getting them on my right side aswell. i get stomach pain now and again. i feel alot of pressure in my head and since my headaches have gotten worse my eye sight had become slighty blurred, and ive lost a slight bit of hearing from both ears. i always feel tired and can fall asleep in class even when i try not to, i get alot of twitching in my right eye and right leg and sometimes get pain in my fingers and thumb ive been to the doctors and they have given me amitriptyline tablets, which were meant to reduce the frequency of my headaches, ive been taking them for 2 weeks and im still getting headaches almost everyday; what should i do and what is it im getting?
