What Causes Severe Headaches And Migraines Affecting Vision?

I've been suffering from sever headaches and migraines for months that only effected the right side and its affecting my vision. Here recently the pain has spread to my whole head and I'm losing muscle control (dropping things, twitching, spazems, etc.) With alot of mysterious bruising. More symptoms include extreme fatigue, weight loss as due to loss of appitite, nausea, inabilty to sleep well, short temper (which isnt me), and memory loss. I went to the hospital (i dony have insurance so they didnt do a ct scan) and they dismissed me with no diagnosis. Im really starting to worry. Whats wrong with me?
