What Causes Severe Headaches And Vomiting?

Hello I am 31 years old and my tubes have been tied for three years now but before I got them done he told me that I still can get pregnant. Everything was normally until the last week of September I started my cycle that week and it stay on until October 3 it went off and came back on October 29 and off Nov 5. Then back on Nov 27 and off Dec 3 and then start spotting on the 21 thru 23 then normal flow on the 24,25, and yesterday I had a pounding headed and I threw up and now today it seems like it going away
