What Causes Severe Headaches On Exposure To Sun?

Hi.. Good morning doctor I get head ache when i suffer much in sun, when foo a symptom of maigraind is delayed, when iam angry and shouting on others. This lasts for a day almost. Presently i get relief after using chrocin pain relief tab. Is it a symptom of migrain ? How it should be managed? thx
