What Causes Severe Headaches With Dizziness?

i had cluster headaches and now on medicine so my headaches are gone but i still feel dizzy and uneasy in my chest. my blood pressure is consistenly 130-140 with 70 to 90 beats a minute. i am wondering is this still residual from the headaches or something else. this occurs about 15 minutes after i wake up for a couple hours then returns midday and then again at night.
