What Causes Severe Headaches With Fever?

hi I am 21 years old and a female for two days ive been having a high fever on and off, I don't want to eat anything and a horrible headache. My body has also been aching as well as have a terrible coug. I sometimes feel dizzy and out of it sometimes.
