What Causes Severe Headaches With Nose Bleeds?

I have been getting mild to severe headaches for about a month now, and lately they have been severe (scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst, range between 15 and 20). Lately they have been affecting my school attendance. I have also been getting somewhat frequent nosebleeds, as well as fatigue and a sore neck. What should I do, and what could be the cause of this? I would like a 1-3 minute conversation and do not have money. Thanks
