What Causes Severe Headaches,dizzy Spells And Breathlessness?

im 23 have two kids i have really bad headaches that case me to get sick a lot i also get really hot and dizzy a lot and feel like im going to pass out this happens every day a few times a day i sometimes feel like i cant breath and have no idea whats wrong with me it has been happening for a few months
