What Causes Severe Heartburn,acidity,headache And Back Pain?

For the last good few months I am getting terrible heartburn and acid. I worry because my nan had the same symptom and turned out she had stomach cancer. I am constantly getting terrible pressure headaches and bad back pain (in same place, just left off central) and really tired for the past couple of weeks. My family suffer from thyroid problems and it never been tested. I m 24 and not as fit as I should be. Am I worrying for no reason?
