What Causes Severe Intermittent Sweating In Head, Face And Neck?

im meopausal and was on hrt patches but the flushes were still there and i ddnt think they were helping so i stopped. however i am sweating severely from the head face and neck which i dont associate with menopause as i never had this on hrt or before. at the moment its taking over my life i havent been out for 5 weeks now as its embarassing . they last for 5 to 10 mins and can come and go anytime of the day
