What Causes Severe Irritation Of The Labia Minora?

i just started having some itching and skin irritation in my labia minora. I have some tiny bumps also. Around the orifice is very red and lightly burning and mostly itching. I been sexually active but always with condom. Please help? I had suffer from yeast infections before. Could it be that?
