What Causes Severe Itchiness In The Hands And Feet?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have severe itching in my hands and feet. I usually take an antihistimain everyday, but if I go more that 24 hours without one (like tonight I went 26) the ithching starts and becomes completley unbearable. Cold does ease it, but within a few minites of taking them out of cold water it starts again. They eventually become swollen and really sore probably from the scratching and rubbing.
