I don t know if you can answer. I ve been to primary care doctor, breast doctor, dermitologist, etc.about 20 yrs ago my right nipple started to severely itch. When I looked at it there was a spot at the bottom edge (about 5 o clock position) about the size of a glass bead on a straight pin. The dr said it was just dry skin . As the years have passed this spot has migrated clear across my nipple now up to the 12 position on a clock face. The trail this whatever has left is reddish, and itches terribly! The skin over the top of the trail does get very dry and flakes off! not all over the nipple, just over the top of the migration trail. It does not itch all the time only when I notice more growth or migration or what ever you want to call it. Could this be some kind of burrowing parasite for 18-20 years??
