What Causes Severe Itching And Black Spots On Lower Legs?

The back side of my leg was itching yesterday during afternoon class. When I got home I noticed I had two black dots on the back side and also another black dot on my upper back side thigh. It resembles a pimple somewhat because it is raised a little but I have no idea how I got it.
