What Causes Severe Itching And Swelling In The Vagina?

I recently used dove peach soap and about two days later my vagina started itching really bad. I thought I had a yeast infection so I treated it naturally with plain yogurt and gentian violet. The inside stopped itching but my clitoris and hood were swollen and sensitive to touch. I used an anti fungal cream to stop irritation. It worked alittle but I'm still slightly irritated and have developed five small circles that look like a red patch or sore on my labia major and the side of the clitoral hood. They itch and are sore to touch can you help me please.
