What Causes Severe Itching And Terrible Pain In Vagina?

i was meant to get the cervical cancer needle in july but didn't and now im getting ichyness and soreness the pain is terrible i can't sleep i went the doctor and they gave me treatment for thrush and i used the treatment and still for the pain. what is it and what can i do ?
