What Causes Severe Itching Associated With Blisters?

                                             Doctor I've got some itching sensation few months back it started as a small area and later became a big area. it's associated with intense itching sensation. once i scratch there is a formation of small small blisters with whitish fluids sometimes the skin peels off. Itching continues it never stops.please tell me wat to do.
