What Causes Severe Itching In Ankles And Feet While Cleaning?

I don't know whats wrong for a year now when I stand in one spot (usually at night) sometimes in the day, most of the time in frount of the sink *weird* my ankels and feet get a horrible itch. I have to get somewhere and sit down quick. It hurts so bad and is getting worse! What could be wrong with me I'm 24 years old heathly for the most part. I'm 5'4" 150lbs, two kids no tonicles no appendix, besides that nothing else has ever been done or I have never been told something is wrong with me.
