What Causes Severe Itching In Breast Along With Drainage Of Lymph Fluid?

I had breast cancer in 2008. In 2014 I was sick in the hospital and they insisted in putting a pic line in my right arm on the side I had had a lumpectomy in 2008. when I came home I developed hot itchy skin on my breast. In January 2015 I had a mammogram & biopsy that came back okay. The doctor put me on an antibiotic and it went away. Yesterday I started feeling a lot of itching in my breast and today while I was sitting at my pc all of a sudden my shirt was wet. I finally found where there is lymph fluid coming out of the skin on that breast. Should I be worried?
