What Causes Severe Itching In Shoulders And Legs After Taking Cymbalta?

i have been taking cymbalta for about 2 years for back problems. The past 6 months I have been having severe itching mainly on the shoulder but some on my legs. There are hard pimples with scales like a wart. None of the skin lotiions have been very helpful.
