What Causes Severe Itching In The Armpits And Groin?

I have developed a very bad ich which irritates all over at different times, and when I scratch it, it leaves the appearance as if the blood vessels have burst or little pin prick under the skin. It s not restricted to any particular place on my body, but it s most common around my armpits and groin area. I ve had it for about a month now, and have had enough of trying all the creams and lotions the pharmacys can offer. What do you suggest .
