What Causes Severe Itching On Fingers, Tongue And Inside The Ears?

For over a week my hands, fingers, tongue, feet,scaple and inside my ears have

been itching like crazy..The only thing that sometimes helps is benadryl..I have

no rash no swelling..I have a little bit of heat coming out of my hands.I work at target supercenter I unload trucks and put signs up..Please help cause im going crazy..
