What Causes Severe Itching On Inner Thighs, Calves And Back?

Hi I think have scabies, but I don t have any itching in the common places it just seems to be on the inside of my thigh calves and back..it gets worse at night! I tried lyclear but it doesn t seem to be working! I also tried the felt tip test but can t seem to see the burrows it looks like hives and then because I m scratching so much it is bruising and leaving little scabs
