What Causes Severe Knee Pain And Difficulty In Standing While On Celebrex?

I have knee pain for several yrs. X-rays show small section of bone on bone. taking Celebrex but still have pain. Difgicult to stand on it,injections do not seem to work. What to do? Knee pain opposite knee on the outside feels like it could give way,just happened this morning going down steps.
