What Causes Severe Loss Of Hair?

Please type your query here...hey imma a 16 hear old boy and have been facing hairloss, when ever i take a shower ALOT of may hair falls out, now you can almost see my scalp through my thinig hair. recently ive noticed that my pubic hair are also falling out really easy like if i pull some pubic hair a litle 4 or 5 will come in my hand. is this somehting i should be worrying about?
