What Causes Severe Lower Back And Leg Pain Post Surgery?

hi i have had been having smear test every 6 months due to reaching stage two last year i had a full removel of womb and neck of my virginerand my tubes so i had another smear test done again after 6 came back abnormal again so had another one 6 months later which came back stage 2 again so i have to have another op which is more invasive i have been having pain at the bottom of my back more offten also a lot of pain in my right leg more then befor as i have some arthrits at the top of my leg i am getting worried now whot will be done in this op as i did not take eveything in that was said
