What Causes Severe Migraine And Fatigue?

My neighbor passes out and goes limp but can still hear and feel everything that goes on around her. These episodes can last from 30 minutes to two hours. They are becoming more frequent. She also suffers from sever migraines but not during the fainting spells. Any ideas what this could be or who she should see about this?
