What Causes Severe Migraine,swelling Of Eyes And Fever?

I have been waking with severe migraine and puffy forehead and puffy eyebrows & eyes. Last for 12 hour and starts again in early morning 6am or so. I also have a left bulging eye and some vision problems. I have photos of the swelling and eyes. Has been on and off for over a month. Not sure if I should go to ER room or see a doctor due to its getting worst 3 strait days now. Even have to cry to release pressure. Nausea and low grade fever 76.3 to 97. 3.I would attach a photo if I could? Thank you for your help. my heart also flip flops when laying on my left side.
