What Causes Severe Muscle Fatigue And Aches Before Menstruation?

I am seeing a Rheumatologist for a high ANA and have just been diagnosed with Raynauds so severe I am on baby aspirin and blood pressure meds or else I get splinter hemorages in my fingers also had one hand surgery so far for it. Question is last month I got severe muscle fatigue and aches it started in my neck all the way down my spine lasted for 4 days so severe I barely could walk into my primary Drs office and sit up. They did tests all showing negative for viruses, flu, and bacteria. I called my rheumatologist who felt that if it was something with my ANA it would last longer than a few days. Now a month later I am getting same feeling this time starting from my legs up my spine to neck...last time it started before my menstrual period and this time I am due for it again, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery about 6 years ago and found a large part of it in a pocket by my spinal area. Is there a muscular test I can take that they arent giving me while im in pain? Is it possible that im Anemic and before my period having a b12 deficiency affecting my nerves or muscles?
