What Causes Severe Naval Pain After Physical Activity?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old boy and everytime I do something active, like play basketball, then rest; my belly button gets a sharp pain and i can't sit up straight or stretch out because the pain is unbearable. I have to slouch to feel no pain. I am 6'3" and 140 lbs. Please help
