What Causes Severe Neck Pain And Tingling Sensation Of Left Arm?

I m having sever pain in my neck ( back of neck) left side and major stiffness with lumps. No its not tight muscles I have gone to therapy and weekly massages for years. The pain is unbearable with left arm tingling. My left side of my face is so stiff its looks different and the pain starts from the earlobe down. Could this be cause by blows to my side of the face and back of my head years ago
