What Causes Severe Nose Bleeding With Back And Neck Pain?

hi i have a seriouse question i bleed 5 times a day it comes out alot like if i was bledding to death i cant even have a normal day because i have to be prepare for my nose bleed.and i also bleed almost everyday just out of no where i started to get back pain and on my neck it hurts really bad. i dont know what it is but i would really like an answer thanks.
