What Causes Severe Ovulation Pain After The Operation?

hi, i came out of an operation which was caused by an infection around my cysts from endometriosis in January. It took me a very long time to recover as the infection was very large (they cleaned about 2ltr). After surgery my bowels and stomach werent working, I didn't eat anything for days, My lungs got fluid that they had to aspirate, then they aspirated my cysts. I was in the hospital for five weeks. I am due for one more operation to remove my cysts in few months. Now I am sort of in a slow recovery, trying to get back to normal but unfortunately this week suddenly around my ovulation time I had severe ovulation pain, also have night sweats and diarrehoa, excess thirst. I am using co-dydramol since yesterday and sweating etc. started with taking the tablet. Would that be just a coinsidence? Do I have something else, ie kidney, liver problem, hormonal problem?
