What Causes Severe Pain After OATS Procedure On Left Knee?

In December 2012 I had the OATS procedure on my left knee. Currently I am experiencing horrible pain not only in the knee but also down the bone in my leg and feel as if my knee/leg is going to give out. Is it possible the surgery was not successful or forgive my ignorance, is it possible for a rejection at this point. Thank You.
