What Causes Severe Pain After Drinking Cool Drinks?

i feel severe pain immediatly after drinking cool drinks but this subsides also if i immediatly take hot water . kindly let me know ,is it a serious health problem-- raj from india / female /aged 42/height- 5.4 feet, weight-76 kgs, taking 75 mg. thyroxin daily for hypothyroid. no any other problems yet .thankyou.
