What Causes Severe Pain After Menstrual Cycle Is Finished?

Hi!

I want to know about the pain which i feel when my menses cycle has been finished.Actually that pain is seems like the menses pain but there is no flow of blood and i usually feel such pain for 2 or 3 days.please tell me the actuall reason behind it.
