What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling Of Hands And Ankles?

i think i have circulation problems. at night after 2 or 3 hours i wake up in excrutionatar pain in hands so numb in tears. can get up n walk around a few minutes n eases, then lay back down and few minutes start back up.also swelling in hands and ankles
